Sat Nam, I just wanted to thank you for creating a safe environment in order for deep healing and effective power washing of my ego to take place. JF, ‘08
|I expected we’d learn a few new cool exercise sets; instead I expanded my whole life.
The (schedule) was perfect, it allowed enough time for me to stay on track with homework and projects. As far as being together as a group… any more ... and we all really began to miss our time shared…The information, technology, teachers and tools have helped me to reconnect with the divinity within me …The teachings seemed to open up to me at just the right time. A very well-designed program used to impart beautiful teachings to inspire many for a long time to come. JC, ‘07
|"Shiva Singh Khalsa and Shabad Kaur Khalsa are the real deal.... we are so blessed to know them and to learn from them...they are a wealth of information, inspiration and devotion...their connection to Yogiji is so precious...that direct connection is where it’s at... they have that....not many have that.... plus they have the ongoing devotion and dedication....day after day....year after year...there needs to be in order to keep that spark lit so that they are able to pass the flame. That’s what sets them apart...they do not just offer teachings from a book but they pass the living flame. If I was in Chicago, that is where I’d be taking classes. I’m super proud of them as my teachers and I recommend anyone looking for quality, in depth yoga teacher training to take it at Spirit Rising. They teach you how to be a YOGI 24/7 and not just an instructor a few hours a week." Kalyani Jaya, ’01
"You helped me to move obstacles I did not even realize were there to move forward with joy in this lifetime. In addition, you gave me the tools to pick myself up whenever I fall. I feel empowered and happy to help others empower themselves. Kundalini yoga is the most powerful yogic technology I have ever experienced. Your delivery of the methodology was very effective. I would HIGHLY recommend this program for anyone who is ready to move forward to a better understanding of who they truly are and a life full of joy." MK ' 11

About Kundalini Yoga and Yogi Bhajan
Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga, arrived in the United States in 1969 with a stated purpose: "I have come to create teachers, not to gather disciples." For over 30 years, he traveled internationally, teaching Kundalini Yoga, the Yoga of Awareness and the 3HO lifestyle. He founded Happy, Healthy, Holy Organization, (3HO), based on his first principle: "Happiness is your birthright." Through the Aquarian Teacher Program thousands of people's lives have been transformed as they gained their teachers' certification in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. IKYTA was formed in 1994 to further spread these priceless teachings through the united efforts of Kundalini Yoga teachers worldwide.
If you want to learn something, read about it. If you want to understand something,
write about it. If you want to master something, teach it." ~ Yogi Bhajan
