- Wear comfortable, modest clothing.
- Avoid wearing strong scents such as essential oils, colognes or perfumes.
- We recommend you bring your own mat, blanket and water bottle.
- Yoga mats, blankets, water and cotton head-coverings are always available for your use at the Spirit Rising Yoga Center.
