During this series, you can experience this wisdom. Each week, one student will intuitively pick from a few select kriyas (sets of exercises) and we will practice that kriya in class. Develop a sense of the power of your own intuition and trust in universal wisdom. In this series of classes, discover what you need when you open yourself to the flow of universal energy.
