This Kundalini Yoga class at every Sunday at 5:00 pm is led by various teachers who have completed or are near completion of KRI Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training at Spirit Rising Yoga. Because these teachers are just beginning their teaching career, Aquarian Fountain classes are offered at a cost of only $5.
The mission of this class is to be of service to the community by offering an inexpensive introductory Kundalini Yoga class experience and also to allow qualified individuals further opportunity to develop their skills as teachers.
It is also an excellent option for those completing their 20-class requirement for KRI Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training.
