This class prepares the mother for labor and birth physically, mentally and emotionally, creating flexibility, focus and strength. Yogic breathing and meditation create a sense of calm by smoothing out the emotional shifting, lend support through pregnancy and labor, and encourage awareness for conscious pregnancy, birth and parenting.

Call on the ancient, evidence-based teachings of yoga to help immunize yourself against stress in this series. Each week features a different theme, addressing the issues of mood management, handling anxiety, and facing fear. A specific breathing rhythm (pranayama), yoga set and meditation will be taught for each theme, providing tools for personal practice and lasting change. Offering an emotionally safe and confidential environment for growth.
